Global Route Preview

Check which region a service supports before choosing a route type. 100+ countries / 150+ routes give you options, not a blanket guarantee for every website.

These names illustrate common use cases and do not imply partnerships or guaranteed ongoing access on any specific route. Check supported regions for AI tools, and verify account access, content libraries, and actual playback for streaming.

Check the session, not just the route name

Geographic distance can be a useful starting point, but it does not determine connection quality on its own. For international services, first check which exit regions the service accepts, then choose a route in a supported region. If a page loads but sign-in fails, distinguish network connectivity from account access instead of repeatedly switching routes. Keeping the same exit region after signing in may reduce additional checks for unusual sessions.

Direct, relay, and IEPL dedicated routes describe different ways a connection is organized. Direct routes take a more straightforward path, with performance more dependent on your local carrier and international routing. Relay routes use an access point to organize the cross-border connection. Dedicated routes may suit situations where consistent routing matters, but local Wi-Fi, the client, and the destination service can still affect results. If video buffers during peak hours, first rule out background downloads, then compare candidate routes on the same device with the same content. Avoid comparing results under different conditions.

The route status display below is separate from the static route-selection guide above. Status figures are for reference on this page and do not replace connection tests on your device. Judge suitability by whether continuous playback, file transfers, or a full conversation run smoothly—not by a single metric.

Consider routes, privacy, devices, and billing separately. Choose a question to see the relevant guidance.

Inbound Session · Routes
Video buffers at night. Should I switch routes first?

Peak-hour performance depends on your local connection, cross-border routing, and the destination service. VPNIB offers direct, relay, and IEPL dedicated routes for different use cases, but route type does not guarantee a fixed speed. If playback buffers, pause background downloads and check your Wi-Fi first. Then compare routes in the same region without changing the device or content. If only one website is slow, check the service itself as well. Note the region, client, and symptoms so support can investigate more effectively.

Find guidance by problem, not just by feature name

Whether a network service suits everyday use depends on whether it handles your actual tasks. Web browsing, extended conversations, video playback, and file transfers each place different demands on a route. Test services you use regularly before choosing a data plan; this is more useful than comparing country counts alone. VPNIB explains route choices, device support, and billing separately, helping you make an informed decision before getting started and find the right guidance if something goes wrong.

For protocol or route topology details, see the Technical Reference. If you just want to connect a device, follow the User Guide. Technical specifications aren't a prerequisite for getting started. When importing a subscription for the first time, focus on installing the client, confirming system permissions, and testing connectivity before adjusting settings one by one.

Get the Client

After installation, verify your subscription and connection

Getting the client and importing a subscription are separate steps. Installation prepares the connection tool; the subscription loads the route information linked to your account. Sign in to the user panel, check your plan status, then open the client section and follow the download and import instructions for your device. Once imported, you should see a route list. If it's empty, first check whether the subscription imported successfully; there's no need to change protocols or advanced settings right away.

When you connect, your operating system may ask you to confirm network permissions. Follow the prompts in your client, choose a route in a region supported by your destination service, and test a familiar website. A connected status in the client doesn't mean every app uses the same route. If your browser works but an app doesn't, check routing mode and the app's network settings. When reporting a problem, note the steps you took and the exact message you saw; that's more useful than simply saying it doesn't work.

Install the client and import the subscription separately on each device. One account supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but they share its data. When switching to a new computer or tablet, check the current download page in the user panel. Avoid unofficial installation files and don't share your subscription details. Follow the guide in order if you're new to the service. If you already have a client installed, check compatibility and confirm the import worked before troubleshooting; an outdated subscription can complicate diagnosis.

Monthly Plans and Data Packs

Plans differ by data allowance, not by device count. Every monthly plan supports unlimited simultaneous devices, and data resets each month on the activation date.

Data Packs: Use Until Depleted, Never Expire

¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB

If your usage varies or you'd rather pay by data than plan month by month, compare data packs. They remain available until used and never expire. Their rules differ from monthly plans, so consider your usage patterns before choosing.

Get Started

Choose a plan based on usage, not price as a speed tier

Web browsing, documents, and text conversations typically use data differently from long video sessions. Before choosing a plan, list the services you use and consider background syncing, file transfers, and other devices connecting at the same time. Unlimited devices means there's no device-count limit; it doesn't mean your account has unlimited data. Check your actual usage in the user panel to see whether your current plan will continue to suit your needs.

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date; this is not the same as a calendar-month reset. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the panel for the exact order details. Data packs remain available until used and never expire, so they follow different billing rules from monthly plans. Compare both the data allowance and usage period rather than judging prices with different terms side by side.

VPNIB supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT and offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. Before getting started, check the plan, payment method, and order status in the panel; get your subscription after payment is complete. If the order status isn't what you expect, submit a ticket through the panel with your order details. Full pricing and refund information is on the plans page and in the terms of service; don't rely on a brief badge to understand every condition.

Common Questions Before Getting Started

Accounts, data, and connections each have their own checks. Here are the most common things to confirm before you get started.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep them safe; you'll need to sign in to the user panel to check your plan, get your subscription, and submit support tickets. Keep your account credentials and subscription details private—don't post subscription information publicly. VPNIB describes its privacy approach as anonymous with no logs. Read the privacy policy for details about how information is handled. Sign-ins to destination websites remain subject to those sites' own rules.

Do I need a separate plan for my computer and tablet?

VPNIB supports unlimited simultaneous devices. You can import the subscription separately on each device, and they share the plan data on your account. When choosing a plan, consider video, file transfers, and background syncing across all your devices—not just one. If a device can't connect, check its client permissions, subscription list, and route selection separately; there's no need to change settings on your other devices.

What's the difference between a monthly plan and a non-expiring data pack?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data packs remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Monthly plans suit usage planned month by month, while data packs can suit less predictable usage. Choose based on your actual account usage, not price alone.

The client says connected, but why won't a service load?

Connection status and access to a destination service are separate checks. First confirm the route list has updated and that the route region meets the service's requirements, then test other familiar websites. If only one service fails, check its account access, supported regions, and browser session. If several websites fail, check client routing, your local network, and system permissions. Keep the device and test content unchanged while troubleshooting, and adjust one thing at a time so you can identify what made a difference.

Where do I request a refund if the service doesn't suit my everyday needs?

VPNIB offers a 7-day money-back guarantee; eligibility is subject to the terms of service. Sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with the relevant order details and refund request. For technical help, note your device operating system, client, route region, and any error message so connection and order issues can be handled separately. Payments are supported through Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Check your order record and don't confuse a destination website's membership fees with this service subscription.
