Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how VPNIB handles personal data while providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. It applies to the marketing website, user panel, and subscription delivery. Third-party payment pages and external apps have their own privacy rules; please review them before using those services.
Account Details and How We Use Them
VPNIB does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password. An email address is not required to open an account. The account system processes usernames, password verification data, and login credentials to identify accounts, verify access permissions, and protect account settings. Please do not include unnecessary personal identifying information in your username.
To deliver subscriptions, this service stores plan status, aggregated data usage, and necessary account change records. When you submit a support ticket, the issue description, attachments, and replies are used to diagnose problems and handle requests. Please do not submit passwords, full payment credentials, or personal details unrelated to the issue.
Anonymous No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNIB follows an anonymous no-logs policy. We do not record which websites users visit through international routes, or store browsing content, visited domains, destination addresses, or request details that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity.
When a connection is established, network equipment must temporarily process information needed to forward traffic. This information is used only for the current communication and is not retained as a user connection log. VPNIB does not keep connection history that links accounts to browsing destinations. Aggregated data usage stored for subscription billing is different from browsing history and does not include browsing content.
An anonymous no-logs policy describes data handling practices. It does not mean that account and order records are never kept, nor does it mean third-party websites will not handle activity on their sites under their own rules.
Website Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, device types, and entry-point clicks so we can improve content and navigation. Analytics are limited to pages on this website and do not extend to other websites users visit through the subscription service. Do not enter sensitive information in page query parameters.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain essential session state, save language preferences, and support website analytics. User panel login credentials may be stored in the current browser's local storage to validate future requests. Treat these credentials as sensitive information and do not share them with others.
You can restrict cookies or clear site storage in your browser settings. After clearing them, you may need to log in again and reselect your preferences. Clearing browser data does not also delete account or order records from the server.
Orders, Payments, and Required Disclosures
Order records include the selected plan, amount, transaction status, and information needed to process refunds. They are used to verify entitlements, handle payment issues, and resolve transaction disputes. Payments via Alipay / WeChat / USDT are handled by third-party payment services or relevant payment networks; their own data practices apply.
VPNIB receives transaction results and verification information needed to complete orders. Users are not asked to submit payment account passwords through support tickets. Information shared with service providers is limited to what is needed for the relevant task. When disclosure is legally required, we verify requests and limit the scope of disclosure in accordance with applicable requirements.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and dispute records are retained as required for transaction verification, refund processing, and applicable laws. Support tickets and identifiable website analytics are deleted or de-identified once their purposes have been fulfilled. We do not keep data indefinitely simply because it might be useful.
To access, correct, or delete account details, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. We may verify account ownership before processing a request. Records that must be retained by law or due to an outstanding transaction cannot be deleted immediately with the account; their use remains limited by this policy. Deleting an account may make subscriptions and historical records inaccessible.
Policy Updates and Questions
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the month at the top of the page will be updated. Material changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be explained in a visible notice on the site. Where separate consent is legally required, we will obtain it as required.
If you have questions about data use, retention, or deletion results, visit our Contact Us page to find a way to get in touch. For subscription use and refund rules, see the Terms of Service. This policy explains data handling and does not replace transaction rules.
