Before You Submit a Ticket
Describe what happened, where it happened, and what you’ve already tried. This is more helpful for troubleshooting than simply saying “it doesn’t work.”
Connection & Subscription Issues
Include your device’s operating system, client name, selected route, and roughly when the issue occurred. Clarify whether the client won’t connect or a particular website won’t open after connecting. Include the exact error message or a screenshot, if available. If you updated your subscription, switched routes, or changed networks, describe what happened afterward.
Check the subscription import steps in the Guides, then look for your issue in the Help Center. If it’s still unresolved, include the checks you’ve already completed in your ticket to avoid repeating steps.
Payment, Data, & Refund Issues
Include the order number shown in your account panel, the plan, payment method, and current order status. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. If the status doesn’t match what you expected after payment, describe when you paid and what the page showed. Redact unrelated personal information from any payment proof.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data add-ons remain valid until used and never expire. If your issue involves data usage, include the plan and data details shown in your account panel. See the Plans page for plan terms.
VPNIB offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, state your request clearly in a support ticket and include the relevant order details. See the Terms of Service for full terms.
Never share your account password, full subscription link, access token, or payment key. Redact these from screenshots. Troubleshooting usually only requires the error message, route name, and relevant order details.
